一、骨架的制作

1、 The production of skeleton

接到客戶的訂單要求后，首先由設(shè)計人員進(jìn)行大型軍事模型的設(shè)計，這是工人師傅的制作說明書。拿到圖紙之后，師傅們會根據(jù)圖紙將所需要的不同長度的50mm50mm*2.0mm的方鋼裁切出來，然后將其焊接成為大型軍事模型的骨架。

在骨架制作完成后，師傅們會根據(jù)骨架的平面分布，選擇合適大小的的2mm厚的鍍鋅板進(jìn)行焊接蒙皮工作，并在鍍鋅板與框之間采用鉚接法連接，以確保大型軍事模型有足夠的強(qiáng)度和剛度。

三、噴涂底漆膩子并打磨接縫

在鐵藝蒙皮環(huán)節(jié)結(jié)束后，涂抹專業(yè)適用于大型軍事模型的膩子，反復(fù)涂抹以達(dá)到理想的要求。等待膩子自然風(fēng)干后，要在接縫處涂抹纖維材料并進(jìn)行打磨，為了大型軍事模型表面的光滑平整，要用打磨機(jī)對膩子進(jìn)行打磨。
